The court has yet to approve all agreements between the parties, especially when children are involved. This Agreement, including all Annexes and Appendices, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of the Contract and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements. The parties object to the extent possible any warranty or guarantee that has not been expressly made therein. It is important to use what is called an enforceable document if one of the parties does not maintain their page of the agreement. . . .
