CLC has secured transfer agreements to help students make a smooth transfer to participating universities and universities. Frequently asked questions about guaranteed transfer authorization agreements are available in the quick Facts sheet (PDF). Students interested in schools that do not participate in these agreements can apply through the normal transfer application procedure at any higher education institution or university. An articulation agreement is a partnership between the College of Lake County and a four-year college or university. This is a formal agreement that allows a student to apply credits acquired in a specific program with CLC for an advanced position, egalitarian transfer, guaranteed admission, and/or direct entry into a given program at the institution for four years. An articulation agreement can be used for transfer degrees (A.A. or A.S.) or for Associate in Applied Science Degrees (A.A.S.). Visit our calendar for transfer events to see upcoming virtual transfers hosted by popular transfer partner institutions. Receive personal attention from Illinois State University representatives! This reference guide contains contact information for each of the twelve responsible for authorizing the transfer of the twelve public schools, links to their websites, brochures and visit pages.
